"Lindsey is a winner. After one weekend, my house sold 11% above asking, just above the peak price achieved the year before and above all the estimates."
CT
"She has VERY ACCURATE judgement for house pricing, which helped us get the house but stick to the budget."
HP & XM
"We've known Lindsey since 2016 and bought two properties with her help. She understood our preferences, helped us compare pros and cons, and almost saved us from missing our second house. After we were in contract, she negotiated reimbursement for foundation repairs and successfully moved the contract forward."
Jennifer Z
"Lindsey never pushed us to make decisions and was patient with all our questions. When we found our dream house, she immediately helped negotiate with the seller agent and won the bid with her professional strategies. It was our first offer, and the price was even lower than the appraisal."
NaoN
"Someone you definitely want on your side of the transaction process."
